Alfred Bosco

Alfred Nicholas Bosco, 79 of Omak, went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 1, 2022. Al was born on July 30, 1942 in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He is the son of Alfred J. Bosco and Carmella (Travaglini) Bosco. Alfred was one of three children. On May 12, 1962, he married Judith (Stubner) Bosco in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Throughout their life together they lived in Ellensburg, WA; Yuma, Az; Yakima, WA; and Kent, WA while making memories throughout the years. They eventually settled in Carlton, WA for 20 years where they raised their children. In 1995 they moved to Omak, WA to be closer to their business ALJU Stove & Fireplace Shop and have resided their since. Al loved his Lord and Savior, his hours of prayer time, spending time with family, fishing, and watching sports. Al was a big advocate for the unborn children. He was the founder of March for Life in Omak and rallied up many members of the community each year for this event. Al is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years Judith Bosco, his children Michelle Gaines of Omak, WA; Angie Kaufmann of Omak, WA; Alfred J. Bosco of Port Orchard, WA; Nick Bosco of Twisp, WA; Tony Bosco of Carlton, WA; Julia Bucsko of Omak, WA; Andrew Bosco of Omak, WA; Gina Lucca of Saratoga, CA; and their spouses. Along with 27 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, brother Joseph Bosco, sister Agnes Luisi, and numerous nieces & nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents. A rosary service for Al will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday, March 10, 2022 and funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2022 with graveside services to follow at the Omak City Cemetery on Elmway. Both the rosary and funeral service will be held at Our Lady of The Valley Catholic Church in Okanogan, WA on Elmway with Father Luta officiating.
