Terry Elton Crim

Terry Elton Crim, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many, passed away on May 25th, 2024 in Okanogan, Washington. He was born on December 16th, 1956 in Chelan and spent most of his life creating a beautiful legacy for his family in Okanogan. Terry's dedication to hard work was evident throughout his life. He began his career at Johnny Appleseed and worked tirelessly to advance into management before transitioning into the pest control industry. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish two successful businesses—Caribou Trail Pest Control and Caribou Trail Construction. Despite never attending college, Terry's determination and self-study allowed him to acquire an impressive array of skills that he used to build a fulfilling life for himself and those around him. His devotion extended beyond the professional realm; Terry was known for being a loving husband who always sought ways to keep his wife happy. Their home stood as a testament to this commitment—a place where peace and comfort enveloped all who entered its doors. The lush garden with its small orchard, chickens clucking contentedly in their coop, vibrant plants adorning the landscape—all were testaments to Terry's love for creating beauty around him. A man of many talents and boundless generosity, Terry also had an affinity for dogs throughout his life. His kindness resonated deeply within the community; countless individuals experienced firsthand the warmth of his heart and unwavering honesty. Terry is survived by his daughter Jennifer Knowles; son Ryan Crim; grandchildren M. Raynne Crim-Brooks Mackenzie Crim-Brooks Matthew Crim; brother Gordon Crim; sister and brother in-laws; many nieces and nephews as well as numerous friends whose lives were touched by his presence. In honor of Terry's memory we will be holding a celebration of life at his home on Saturday June 22nd—an opportunity for all who knew him to come together in remembrance while sharing cherished memories with one another.
