Joyce Fadine Gonzalez

Joyce Fadine Worley-Gonzalez passed away on June 12, 2024 at 62 years old, in her home surrounded by loved ones. She was an exceptionally cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Joyce was born in Chelan, WA. on April 3, 1962. Her parents were Fern Howard & William Worley. Joyce would spend her early childhood years in Chelan, before her parents ultimately settled in the Yakima Valley in WA. where Joyce would spend the rest of her childhood with her older sister Sherry Deszi and younger brother John Worley. While in the Wapato/Toppenish area, Joyce wed Pedro Gonzalez and gave birth to three children; Linda, Daniel, and Alex. Joyce and her family would later relocate to Okanogan Valley to be closer to her mother, who she adored, and immediate family. While in the Okanogan Valley Joyce and Pedro gave birth to Amy, before ultimately deciding to separate and divorce. Joyce later found love in Camerino Ramirez, and gave birth to two more children; John, and Jaime. Joyce led a life filled with love, creativity, and devotion to her family. She was the beloved mother of six children; Linda Diaz, Daniel Gonzalez, Alex Gonzalez, Amy Gonzalez, John Ramirez and Jaime Ramirez, while also becoming the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren; Favian Gonzalez, Emma-Rae Blanton, Noah Graciano, Xavier Gonzalez, Roman Diaz, Adrian Graciano, Willow Diaz, and Azael Graciano. Joyce leaves behind her mother Fern Howard, four sisters; Sherry Deszi, Janet Fraley Simek, Deborah David-Pretty, and Karen Worley, two brothers; John Worley and Jerry Fraley and several beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Joyce is proceeded in death by several loved relatives. Joyce had a passion for crafting, sewing, dancing, and gardening; finding joy in creating beautiful original pieces and nurturing her plants. Her home was adorned with her handmade creations that reflected her artistic spirit and attention to detail. She had a deep love for music and movies, which she enjoyed sharing with her family and friends. She was known for her gentle spirit, her infectious laughter, and her ability to make everyone feel loved and cherished. Above all, Joyce treasured spending time with her grandchildren; creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love. Her warmth and generosity touched the hearts of all who knew her, and her legacy of kindness and creativity will live on forever through those she loved. A memorial service to celebrate Joyce's life will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the River Valley Funeral Home, located in Okanogan, Washington. Following the memorial service, a private burial will take place with immediate family members. Joyce will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her unwavering love and joy she brought to everyone around her.
